Mr. Dyson has served as President and CEO of Modus Operandi since its founding as a result of a merger. During his tenure, he has activity participated in all aspects of the business, spanning strategy planning and execution, sales and marketing, executive recruitment and development, customer development and relationship management, program leadership, and financial management.

Natural language processing, knowledge representation, ontology design and development are among his primary interests. Dr. Hull has over 20 years of government and industry experience as a research scientist and software developer. He has held positions with Elagent Corporation, Merck & Co., Inc. and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Dr. Hull graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1997 with a Ph.D. in Computer Science specializing in Artificial Intelligence.

He performed the same role with Modus Operandi the prior thirteen years and has spent fifteen years in academics, instructing at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. He is a two-time graduate from the Florida Institute of Technology, attaining a B.S. in Management Science and an M.B.A. As Vice President of Finance and Administration, he must balance the needs of a high-growth company and ensure continued efficiency of operations without sacrificing the company's reputation of outstanding technical ability and quality customer service.

George has a broad market background covering federal government, aerospace, utility and other commercial markets; both domestically and on an international basis while working abroad for various employers. He has held key management positions for companies ranging from a small technology start-up at FYI Corporation to large multinational companies such as Harris Corporation and Seimens. George gained extensive international experience while serving as managing director for Hobart Brothers Pte Ltd, Singapore, managing director for TECO Pty Ltd, Australia, and as chief representative for both Hobart Brothers and TECO in Beijing and Shanghai, China. George has a B.B.A. in business management from the University of Texas. He has been a member of several professional organizations as well as served in executive positions during his career.

He has more than 20-years of experience in the areas of military information assurance, emerging technologies, virtualization, and certification and accreditation of classified systems. Additionally, Peter has been supporting programs in the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Rome Research Site in Rome, N.Y., for over 20 years. Some of his more recent projects have been focused on Space Situational Awareness (SSA) initiatives with some of Modus Operandi's Small Business Innovation Research sponsors. He continues to work at the AFRL on projects for Modus Operandi and will facilitate the company's efforts to apply its Wave technology into the Air Force's cyberspace areas, cultivate new opportunities for research and development and mission-critical systems development.

Colonel Jenkins holds both intelligence and aviation credentials and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant from North Georgia College, Dahlonega, GA in the Military Intelligence Corps. His initial assignments included Platoon Leader, Armored Brigade Support Platoon, S2-Intelligence officer, Company Commander, S3- Operations officer, and Battalion Executive Officer. Colonel Jenkins is a rated aviator, both fixed and rotary wing, military intelligence officer and has had assignments in the US and overseas in intelligence and aerial collection units. Colonel Jenkins has extensive experience within the US Defense Department Intelligence, Security, and Aviation Systems. He has significant domain knowledge of Department of Defense Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems and their operational employment.

He is responsible for product management for our Wave Exploitation Framework products and provides sales engineering leadership serving as the focal point for delivering operations/ engineering team support. He served as CTO at DigitalOwl, an innovative start-up focused upon enterprise information management and Digital Rights Management software. He pioneered the patent-pending design and development of PKI-protected document transformation and delivery for eBooks on Palm OS devices. Prior to DigitalOwl, he served as Principal Systems Architect and Sr. Technical Sales Engineer for DataViews Corporation, a leading provider of graphical user interface development tools. He has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Auburn University.

He is skilled at building and leading high-performance technology organizations, creating collaborative vision, empowering teams, training corporate leadership, and running software, information technology and R&D departments. Dr. Bimson's technical specialties include linguistics, semantic analysis and modeling, enterprise information integration technology, information fusion, natural language processing, ontology modeling, knowledge-based systems, decision support systems, modeling and simulation, information quality and performance management. He has led many government, commercial and internal R&D projects in these technology areas. He has authored and coauthored over 30 winning proposals for large and small businesses. Dr. Bimson has pioneered work in ontology life cycle management and has authored and delivered workshops on ontology design and development and information service architectures to numerous DoD, state, and commercial organizations. He has served as president, executive vice president-engineering, chief scientist, research scientist, program manager, associate professor of computer science and lecturer in linguistics.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Dr. Catanese earned a degree in city and regional planning. He holds a Master of Urban Planning degree from New York University, a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin in urban and regional planning, and was a Senior Fulbright Professor in Bogota, Colombia. Dr. Catanese is the Founding President of the Florida State University Presidents Association and has served as President or Chairman of the Florida Association of Colleges and Universities; Florida Campus Compact; and Atlantic Sun Athletics Conference. He has served on several boards, including National Collegiate Athletics Association, Orange Bowl Committee, AvMed (South Florida) and Wachovia Bank (Florida). He is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Chief Executive Leadership Award of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (2001), and is author of 13 books and over 65 journal articles.

From 2002 to 2006, he served as President of DRS Tactical Systems, growing revenue from $30 million to $175 million and establishing DRS as the worldwide leader in design and production of rugged portable computers for military systems. Rick holds a B.S. degree in Applied Science and Engineering and an M.S.E. degree in Computer Information and Control Engineering. He has served on numerous business, education and charitable boards, including the Brevard Business Leadership Network, the Brevard County Workforce Development Board, the Florida Institute of Technology Engineering Board of Overseers, and Bridges (formerly the Association of Retarded Citizens of Brevard). Rick is also a Board Member of the Astronaut Memorial Foundation.

Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of MapQuest.com, where he helped lead the transition from a traditional service company to the market-leading Internet mapping company. Jim managed MapQuest's initial public offering and subsequent sale to AOL. Prior to MapQuest, he was Division President for Sierra Online's largest division in charge of the company's major branded products. He has a B.S. in Mathematics from Florida Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia. Jim is a member of the Board of Trustees of Florida Institute of Technology.
