A study and report of the technical feasibility of a proposed Movia application or infrastructure deployment target. Includes a Pilot proposal. Typically a two-week duration.


PILOT PROJECTS

Includes a Pilot Assessment. Delivers a working prototype and live functioning demonstration application. Results in a Project Proposal. Typically a two to four-week duration. Requires a purchase of a Movia product version for delivery of the working prototype.


TURNKEY APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Work and plan is scoped and based on a Project Proposal that was generated during a Pilot Assessment and/or Pilot Project. Delivers a working Movia integrated application or suite of interrelated Movia applications, deployment proposal, bi-weekly engagements – demos – and feedback work sessions, performance and scale assessments, training and an application life-cycle management plan. Typically a two to six-month duration. Requires a purchase of a Movia product version for delivery of the turnkey application.


ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION

Work and plan is scoped and based on a Project Proposal that was generated during an Enterprise Integration Pilot Assessment and/or Pilot Project. Delivers a deployment and enterprise integration plan, deploys a working Movia integrated application or suite of interrelated Movia applications, bi-weekly engagements – progress reports – tests results –  feedback work sessions, performance and scale assessments, training and a deployment and operational life-cycle management plan. Typically a two to six-month duration. Requires a purchase of a Movia product version for delivery of the turnkey application.


Movia TECH AND SOLUTION TRAINING

Two days of on-site, hands-on technology and Movia application use and maintenance training for your user or app management team. Up to fifteen customer attendees at the customer site.


CUSTOM SOURCE HANDLERS AND ARTIFACT PROCESSORS

Custom development of data access and transformation services to enable high performance connectivity to Movia back-end systems. Typically a one to two-week duration. Custom technology with be owned by the customer.


CUSTOMER VIEWS AND WIDGET EXTENSIONS

Custom development of user interface Movia VIEWS and / or Movia compatible displays compatible with and integrated into the Movia Back-end Platform Services. Typically a one to two-week duration. Custom technology with be owned by the customer.


ADDITIONAL MO ENGINEERING IN TWO WEEKS AGILE CYCLES

Blocks of additional Modus Operandi Engineering Agile development, test or assessment two-week cycles, provided on an as-needed basis.
