Modus Operandi Announces Advisory Board Appointments

Donna H. Davenport of Short Hills, NJ—Ms. Davenport is Practice Leader, Organization Effectiveness and Global Integration Leader, e-Business Implementation Services, The Empower Group, Inc.

Gene Dyson of Duluth, GA—Mr. Dyson was President & CEO, Business Council of Georgia and former Acting National President of the American Red Cross.

Amy L. Golden of Alexandria, VA—Ms. Golden is Executive Director, Broadband Marketing, America OnLine; former VP, New Product Development, Time-Life Books; and former Marketing Director, Member Sales & Retention, Time-Warner Book-of-the-Month Club, Inc.

William Hayes of Houston, TX—Mr. Hayes is President of VIMachine, Inc., and former VP of INTEC Systems, Inc.

Barry T. Holmes of Smyrna, GA—Mr. Holmes is a retired diplomat who was British Consul-General in Atlanta 1985-92. He is currently a consultant specializing in business development, public relations, cross-cultural development and conference organization.

Gary Johnson of Allen, TX—Mr. Johnson is former Project Manager & Information Engineering Architect for Perot Systems Corporation and former Chief Architect, Division Manager and Systems Engineer, Electronic Data Systems Corporation.

Charles A. Merkel of Wheaton, IL—Mr. Merkel is President of Access Business & Consulting Services, Ltd. He was formerly the Regional Director, Operations Consulting, Coopers & Lybrand and a former Vice President of Manufacturing Education & Training - Advanced Systems, Inc.

Jerry Salmon of Vestal, NY—Mr. Salmon is a veteran of more than 30 years with IBM's Federal Systems Division as a Managing Director in Engineering and Marketing and is more recently responsible for computer, avionics and communications systems for U.S. and international customers.

Karl Seiler of Indialantic, FL—Mr. Seiler is Director of Business Development for IntraNet Solutions. He was formerly President & Co-founder of Affinity Logic and former VP and General Manager of Inso, Florida.

Edward D. Thurston of Miami, FL—Mr. Thurston is Founding Partner of Global Integra Partners. He was formerly Client Services Director for Agency.com and an e-Business Consultant with Bowne & Co. and US Web/CKS.

Redfearn of Atlanta, GA—Mr. Redfearn has a distinguished record as an entrepreneur, founder, and CEO of public companies; past president or director of 19 corporate and non-profit organizations; senior NASDAQ arbitrator; recipient of Distinguished Alumni Award and honorary doctors degree; Former Atlanta Man of the Year and named a "mover and shaker" by Atlanta newspapers.
