Modus Operandi Welcomes Alan McCutchen as VP, Engineering

MELBOURNE, Florida, April 12, 2004-Modus Operandi, a leading business and information technology solutions company, announced the appointment of Alan McCutchen to its management team in the position of Vice President, Engineering. A graduate of Auburn University with a B.S. in Computer Engineering, Mr. McCutchen will direct and manage the company's engineering organization located in the Melbourne headquarters as well as the company's Tampa and Shrewsbury, New Jersey, branches.

Alan McCutchen has eighteen years of experience in software development, engineering leadership, and technical sales and business development. Most recently Mr. McCutchen served as CTO at DigitalOwl, an innovative start-up focused upon enterprise information management and digital rights management software. Prior to DigitalOwl, Mr. McCutchen served as Principal Systems Architect and Sr. Technical Sales Engineer for DataViews Corporation, a leading provider of graphical user interface development tools. He began his career with Harris Corporation in the mid-1980's, where he specialized in user interface development and technology analysis as part of projects for NASA and the power control industry.
