Don Jenkins Named Vice President at Modus Operandi

Retired U.S. Army Colonel Will Help Lead Growth in the ISR Domain

MELBOURNE, Florida, April 21, 2008 – Modus Operandi, a leading software and information integration technology company, announced the appointment of Don Jenkins as vice president of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Programs. Mr. Jenkins, a retired U.S. Army Colonel, will lead corporate growth initiatives with strategic programs in the ISR market segment. He will also have executive responsibility for setting the business vision and product capability requirements for the development of Modus Operandi’s Wave® ISR Suite, a software-based solution that targets data management and analysis needs of intelligence analysts.

Mr. Jenkins comes to Modus Operandi with extensive experience in the intelligence arena. He spent 25 years as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Army with responsibility for Intelligence, Security, and Aviation Systems. His assignments included Battalion Commander, Group Commander, and Director of Intelligence and Security, with responsibilities for nationally critical ISR platforms, including the Guardrail Common Sensor (GRCS), Airborne Reconnaissance Low (ARL), and the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS). After retiring from the Army he helped lead two fast-growing companies -- Radiance and IRIS (now part of ArgonST). At those companies Mr. Jenkins worked closely with a number of U.S. government agencies, including the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), the U.S. Border Patrol, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Intelligence and Security Command—US Army (INSCOM).
