MELBOURNE, Fla., January 14, 2008 – Modus Operandi, a leading software and information integration technology company, has been invited to speak at the Institute for Defense & Government Advancement (IDGA) Fifth Annual Sensor to Shooter Conference, to be held March 31-April 2, 2008 in Arlington, Virginia. Dr. Richard Hull, vice president and chief scientist, will be co-hosting a workshop with Dr. Kent Bimson, president of Bimson Consulting and chairman of Modus Operandi’s Technology Advisory Board. The pre-conference workshop, entitled Ontological Reasoning over Real-time Sensor Data, will cover semantic approaches for integration, search and analysis of real-time data and publishing and subscribing to service-oriented architectures.
