Modus Operandi Expands Software Development, Project Management Staff

MELBOURNE, Florida, March 30, 2004---Modus Operandi, a leading business and information technology solutions company, announced the hiring of two software developers and a project manager to support new and ongoing contracts.

Adil Karamat graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Computer Science. He is well versed in multiple programming languages and Internet technologies for B2B applications, and has a background in graphical user interface development with intensive involvement in object-oriented analysis and design. Adil will be part of the team working on DOD software subcontracts--modernizing, improving and extending the useful life of mission-critical defense systems.

Andrew Finnell will graduate from Florida Metropolitan University with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and comes to Modus with experience in distributed enterprise development, data integration, and web applications. Andrew will be part of the company's WAVE product development team, developing leading edge solutions to the challenges of integrating enterprise information.

John Gallina has a B.S. in Information and Systems Sciences from Stockton State College and brings with him in-depth experience in Project Management and Systems Analysis and Development. John will be Project Manager for the company's New Jersey-based DOD support team, providing capability maturity model integration-based process improvement to legacy systems.
