Former Intersil Executive Russ Morcom Joins Modus Operandi Board
MELBOURNE, Florida, March 4, 2002 -Modus Operandi, Inc. announced today the appointment of Mr. Russ Morcom to its Board of Directors. Mr. Morcom is recently retired from Intersil, a manufacturer of high-end semiconductors, where his most recent assignment was to establish Intersil's European headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. Prior to this role, Mr. Morcom was a General Manager of various business Divisions within Intersil and Harris Corporation, where he was responsible for the engineering, marketing, sales and manufacturing functions.
Mr. Morcom holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Engineering Science from Florida State University, and is a graduate of the Harris Corporation/University of Florida MBA Core Program.
