Modus Operandi Appoints Andrew Toth As New CEO

MELBOURNE, Fla., December 6, 2023 – Modus Operandi, a company that delivers innovative software that harnesses data to empower smarter decisions, announced the promotion of Andrew Toth to President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the company’s headquarters in Melbourne, Florida.

Since joining Modus Operandi in May 2021, Toth has rapidly assumed new leadership responsibilities and accelerated the company’s progress with his focus on execution, delivery, and customer relations. He has helped expedite key initiatives across the company, supporting or leading Modus Operandi's teams, spanning product development, customer programs, and business development. Toth brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Modus Operandi and has a proven track record of successfully leading high-performing teams and driving business growth. Toth's strategic mindset and innovative approach make him the ideal candidate to lead Modus Operandi into its next phase of development and expansion.

Since Toth has taken an executive position in Modus Operandi, the company has broken into the wearable data analytics industry, hired a more robust engineering team, garnered attention from government agencies via events and outreach, and is trending in the direction of becoming a product company. Toth's appointment comes at a pivotal time for Modus Operandi as the company continues to expand its offerings and strengthen its position as a leading technology solutions provider. His leadership and vision will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring its continued success.

Toth most recently served as Modus Operandi’s company president. Prior to joining Modus, he served our Nation in the United States Air Force for 31 years, including his final leadership assignment as Commander, Air Force Personnel Center, where he ensured commanders around the world were supplied with skilled airmen where and when needed to support Air Force and joint missions.
