Modus Operandi awarded Air Force Direct-to-Phase II contract to provide authoritative, real-time dissemination of technical information with Movia™
MELBOURNE, Fla., November 17, 2023 – Modus Operandi, a company that delivers innovative software that harnesses data to empower smarter decisions, was awarded a U.S. Air Force contract to develop and provide a modular, open architecture, cloud-hosted system that integrates acquisition data algorithms to assess the data in satisfying DoDD 5000.01 directives and enables “smart documents” that represent the assessment of the data for decision-making.
Modus Operandi will provide its smart documents capability to maintain active connections to the data that can be edited and maintained by permissioned stakeholders as well as exported to required submission formats. The initial development of AMID is funded under the U.S. Air Force Small Business Innovation Research program.
Building on Movia™, Modus Operandi’s keystone knowledge management and decision support software, our AMID (Automated Acquisition Milestone Information, Documentation, and Decisions) application will change the current manual, high cognitive workload, time intensive, milestone decision-making process to an efficient, streamlined process that harnesses human and machine analysis together over authoritative data to improve decisions, unburden cognitive workload of the users, and enable collaborative improvement of the decision to be made.
